Affidavit in lieu of marriage certificate

AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

I ALFRED MICHAEL NALITOLELA, adult Christian and  resident of Dar es Salaam DOTH HEREBY  solemnly take OATH and state as follows:

1.          That I am the above named  deponent  hence well conversant with the facts  to be deposed  thereto.

2.             That on 30^th day of November 1978 at Chief Chikwande’s Court, Mpika Zambia, I contracted marriage to one BETRICE SIFUNISO MWINDA  whose maiden name is BETRICE SIFUNISO MWINDA NALITOLELA.

3.                That the said marriage was contracted under customary rites and witnessed by MR. A. L. LWEIKIZA and MRS.  LWEIKIZA, hence no marriage certificate was issued.

4.              That I declare  this affidavit being conscious with the provisions  of the Oath (Statutory Declaration ) Act, 1966.

5.        That what is stated herein above is true to the best of my  own knowledge.
