2.             That the Honourable Court be pleased to Order the Respondent  immediately attach before judgment to this Court the mortgaged chattels (two motor vehicles) a  Nissan Patrol  make Nissan Model SJ2CRCY60GFUCH91 Chasis No.110032 of 1990 with former  Registration No. TZ 64888 or a new  registration number if any  and   Scania Petrol Tank make Scania Model 82H, Chasis No. 1073721 of 1984 with former registration No. TZJ 1585, or a new registration number if any to this Honourable Court pending the hearing of this Application inter-parties.
