Will in favour of a minor son or daughter (will in Tanzania)

WILL IN FAVOUR OF A MINOR SON /DAUGHTER

I,----- do hereby execute this last Will of mine out of natural love and affection for my only son        a minor on the date of the execution of this Will of my free will, without force, compulsion on undue influence on             the day of whereby I devise and  bequeath all my properties, both moveable and immovable, belonging to me at present or which may belong to me at any time upon my death unto     my minor son/daughter as aforesaid.

            Upon the contingency of my death occurring in the minor hood of the aforesaid      mine, I appoint             as an executor under this Will to realize all my outstanding and look after my property and administer it for the benefit of my aforementioned      till my Son/daughter attains majority. I also declare that after my death the aforesaid executor of my Will,       shall also act as the guardian of my aforementioned son and shall look after his education etc. so as to enable him to earn a decent livelihood as a good and well- reputed citizen of this country.

            The aforesaid executor shall hand over my estate then in existence to my aforesaid son upon attaining age of majority. However, if my son attains the majority in my lifetime and survives me, the provisions relating to the appointment of     aforesaid, as executor of this Will shall not  be operative and my son/daughter shall appropriate the entire property left by me as the absolute owner of it.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have signed this Will in the presence of the attesting witnesses hereunder who have also attested the same in my presence on the date, month and year first before mentioned at………..
