What Court has jurisdiction to determine a petition for divorce?
Jurisdiction of Courts in matrimonial proceedings is governed by
section 76 of the Law of Marriage Act, 1971 vests concurrent Original jurisdiction to determine matrimonial proceeding in the High Courts, RM’s Courts and Primary Courts.
