Annual Return is a document that registered Companies are acquired by law to submit to the company Registry, usually each year. The Annual Return includes inter alia; the address and occupation of all past and present members and number of shares held by each of existing members at the date of return, address of registered office of the company, directors and certain company debts. Annual return in open to public inspection.
