Interlocutory Orders



Interlocutory Orders are sometimes referred to as a temporary Orders. They are orders that are granted at special hearing pending the outcome of the main hearing of the case. They are governed by the provision of Order XXXVII and section 68(e) of the CPC. N:B. Application for such orders is required to be made after notice to other party. See Order XXVII, Rule 8 of the CPC.
