Affidavit of surrender

AFFIDAVIT OF SURRENDER.

I, KITUNGUU MBOGA Tanzanian, adult Muslim and resident of Dar es Salaam of P. O. Box 5464 Dar es Salaam doth hereby affirm and state as hereunder:

1.    That I am the legal owner of plot No. 000, Block 38B, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam titled No. 00000.

2.    That with my free will I surrender my tittle deed above mentioned to one KITUNGUU KIDOGO of P. O. Box 5659 Dar es Salaam.

3.    That the said KITUNGUU KIDOGO is the surety of UGALI MTAMU the 8^th accused in criminal case No. 44 of 2002 at Kisutu Resident magistrate court.

4.    That the said deed is intended to be used only as a bond for bail in the herein named case.

5.    That by oath I declare and state that I accept any legal consequences which follows under my deed of Right of occupancy in relation to the said bond.

6.    That all what is stated herein above is true to the best of my knowledge.
