What are contents of Third Party Notice?

 

Contents of Third party Notice are governed by Order I, Rule 15 of the Civil Procedure Act. These are; 

1). The nature of the plaintiff’s case against the Defendant 

2). The nature of the Defendant’s claim against Third party 

3). The relief claimed by Defendant against Third Party 

4). The period within which the Third Party may file defense; and 

5). The consequences of the failure by the Third Party to file defense within specified period.
