Special finding.

Special Finding is the finding of Court if it appears that, an evidence on record of court that the accused did the act or omission charged but was insane so as not to be responsible for his action at the time when the act was done or omission was made. Or it is a finding on particular question of fact without general conclusion in Criminal Cases as to guilty or in Civil Cases in favour of Plaintiff or Defendant.
