Inherent powers are the powers vested in the Court to exercise its discretion in Civil or Criminal matters reasonably and judicially so as to meet the ends of justice or prevent abuse of Court process. In Civil matters the Power is governed by the provisions of Section 95 of the Civil Procedure Act.
