Subsidiary legislations are delegated or subordinate legislations. They are legislations made under powers conferred by Act of Parliament often called Parent Act in other words, subsidiary legislation are rules and regulations and Bylaws passed by Ministers, Municipal or City Authorities or other authorities emanating from the powers derived from a principal legislation passed by the parliament.
