1). The power to extend time filing a suit;
The power to extend time to file a suit is vested in the Minister responsible for Legal Affairs. See section 44 of the Law of Limitation Act, 1971.
2). The power to extend period of time to file a (WSD) Written Statement of Defence;
The court has power to extend period of time to file Written Statement of Defence.
3). A power to file notice of Motion to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania.
The Appellant has power to file a Notice of Motion to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania.
