What pre-steps are required to be fulfilled before the following proceedings are instituted in Court; 

1). Suits against the Government;

Before filing a suit against the government one must serve a 90 days notice of intention to sue the government, to the Government and Attorney General. 

2). The Suit against the Local government; 

Before suing Local government one must serve at least 30 days notice to the Authority.

3). A suit against Public Corporation; 

In suit against Public Corporation; one must look at relevant Act establishing it.

4). A petition for Divorce; 

Before filing a petition for divorce, Petition must refer the dispute to Marriage Conciliatory Board.

5). A Representative suit;

Before filing a representative suit, one must apply for leave to institute a representative suit. see Order 1, Rule 8(1) of the CPC.

6). Application for Prerogative Orders.

Before applying for Prerogative Order, the applicant must apply for leave to make application for the same.
