Appeal against interlocutory ruling unless interlocutory decision or order the effect of finally determining the suit or Criminal charge or suit in case of Court of Appeal. See Section 74(2) of the Civil Procedure Act and Section 5(2)(d) of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1979 as amended Written Laws (Misc. Amendments) Act No. 25/2002.
